During this call, we discuss your goals, timeline, budget, and the property’s unique features to determine the best staging approach. This conversation allows us to understand your needs, answer any questions, and develop a customized plan designed to help your home make a strong first impression and attract potential buyers.

Occupied Staging Consultation with a

 Room-by-Room Written Report

(Up to 2 hours on site visit)

For those seeking a more comprehensive approach, our expert Staging Designer will show up at the home and do a room to room visual inspection, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance flow, improve presentation, and highlight key selling features.  From decluttering and furniture arrangement to paint colors and finishing touches, you’ll receive a customized action plan designed to help your home stand out to buyers and make a lasting impression.

A written report detailed, room-by-room written assessment and staging to-do checklist. Sellers can use this detailed report as a guide for staging the home on their own. A written report will be provided to both the homeowner and their agent. This offers homeowners a place to start and they may decide to do the work themselves or hire the help of a professional contractor for the repair work or professional stagers to implement the suggestions for the home to make it stand out from the rest.

Our Staging Designer will meet with the seller and walk room by room, determining the staging needs for each space. The home owner is encouraged to take notes and ask questions. We will evaluate every space from curb appeal, furniture placement, and any needed repairs.  The seller will be either be ready to do the job themselves or hire an Asara Staging and Design certified home stager to complete the project.
